At Maadi dental Center, we are committed to providing a safe environment, a top priority for our patients and employees. We continue to apply infection control practices that have always been in place in our office and we have also implemented some new infection control protocols and treatment guidance to further improve the environment for our patients and employees.
When you arrive at the office: Please be on time for your appointment. The new safety measures require that specific steps be taken in between patient visits. Being on time will help us to be efficient with your visit and that of other patients.
All of the changes in our office mentioned below are for your safety and ours :
1- All patients and guests must wear a face mask when they enter the office. If you don’t have any, one will be provided for you at the reception.
2- A sanitizing alcohol hand gel is available upon your entry, in the hallways and in our operating rooms. Please feel free to use it whenever necessary.
3- We may perform a temperature screening for you in advance of any treatment. Additional testing may also be included at future appointments.
4- To maintain social distancing within our office and treatment areas, we have minimalized the number of cases admitted and the number of our assistant crew. Additionally, our waiting room, doors, knobs and drawer knobs are routinely disinfected throughout the day.
5- We have recently added air purifying units to our rooms with HEPA filters against bacteria and viruses of all kinds. We also keep on ventilating our rooms with fresh air through open windows and several times a day.
The Nocospray™ Automatic Air Disinfection System at Maadi Dental Center, an excellent unique way to ensure your safety and ours.
The latest computerized Sirona™ German Autoclave at MDC.
After your appointment: Please put your face mask back on when your treatment is completed. You will need to wear your mask until you exit our office.
